Trends to Follow For Spring / Summer 2018
We've looked at a few different designers and their 2018 Spring / Summer collections so lets take a look through the styles and statement pieces you should be looking out for in preparation for the upcoming season.
OVER SIZED STATEMENT KNITWEAR
We've seen various designers include jumpers in their collections and its probably going to be one of the most popular styles of this upcoming season, either going with a patterned knit or going completely over sized with a colourful t-shirt underneath is one of the best ways to go. I'll be going into further detail about how to style these on my next blog post!
A WELL TAILORED SUIT JACKET
While most people own elements of a suit, whether that be trousers or blazers, make sure that you make a statement with it next season. Going bold with ornate prints and embroidery are some of the ways to wear it, however cleverly layering it is another great way of following in the steps of our designers.
METALLIC LEATHER IS A MUST!
Leather is very versatile this season, it appears as multiple types of clothing; like skirts, tops, jackets and trenchcoats, you name it and it has been reincarnated in leather. Making it fit your own personal style is very easy too, want to go slightly more hardcore? Studs. Want to still have a girly vibe? A leather tutu! It's time for leather to become a big part of your spring collection.
